Many years ago while Mr. Maqboul Al Najjar was still a small boy, he already showed great perseverance in all his ways. As he grew as a young man, he ventured in many activities as a simple merchant, seller and trader, until he discovered to have a passion in bricks making. As a hardworking man, he was able to save some amount of money, until he was able to own the brick shop where he was working. The brick shop inspired him to build a construction company, which in later years he was able to acquire properties and develop some of these assets into profitable acquisitions.
Al Najjar Group was created some 40 years ago from a construction firm for family building construction needs, parcels of lands from small to large scales were obtained, palm farm was born, gold and diamond businesses opened, apartments of numerous units built, buildings, malls for lease and information technology company were included in this conglomerate. The corporate portfolio is still growing massively in various avenues in the business world.
Al Najjar Group is a family business which is current headed by the Corporate President, Mr. Ibrahim Al Najjar, the eldest sibling of Al Najjar family.
